Refunds:

Replacement:
If your product arrives with a fault or defect, you can request a replacement within 7 working days from the delivery date. Please let us know on the same day you receive the product if you find any issues, and we will arrange a replacement.
Important Notes:
- Returns for reasons like "changing your mind" or "not liking the product" are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, to be eligible for a replacement.
