Exchange / Return Period

·         Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

·         Free replacement will be provided if the delivered item is incorrect or defective.

·         For customer-initiated exchanges (such as change of size, model, or color), the customer is required to:

o    Send the product back to our warehouse address before a replacement is issued.

o    Pay a return shipping fee of Rs. 150.

Return & Refund Policy

·         Returns are accepted only in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective.

·         Once the returned item is received and verified, a store credit voucher will be issued.
(Note: No cash refunds are provided.)

·         No returns are accepted for change of mind. (Exchange Policy Valid)

·         The item must be unused and in its original condition.

·         All tags, invoice, and original packaging must be intact.
