2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide FREE home delivery on all orders across Pakistan.
3. How do I place an order?

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
5. How long does delivery take?
- Within City: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
6. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do NOT ship internationally. Orders are delivered within Pakistan only.
7. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 24–48 hours and send photos. We will arrange a replacement.
8. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong model ordered by the customer.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number (if available) via WhatsApp.
10. What should I do if the courier cannot reach me?
Please keep your phone active. If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel may be returned and re-delivery may require reconfirmation.
11. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
No, we currently do not offer bulk or wholesale orders.
