  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to incorrect information, product unavailability, or suspicious activity.

2. Product Information

  • We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Any errors in product information will be corrected when identified.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • The price you see at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free home delivery across Pakistan.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
  • We do not ship internationally.

5. Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most serviceable locations.
  • Customers must ensure they are available to receive and pay for their order.
  • Failing to accept COD deliveries may result in order limitations or restrictions on future purchases.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
    • Wrong product received
    • Damaged or defective items
  • Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed for:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong model ordered by the customer

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate name, address, and contact information
  • Be available to receive and pay for the COD parcel
  • Inspect the package upon arrival and report issues promptly

8. Intellectual Property

  • All product images, designs, and content shared on our website or social pages are our property.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
