This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for our mobile covers placed through our website, WhatsApp, social media, or other platforms.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once your order is processed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide FREE home delivery on all orders through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within City: 1–2 business days
  • Within Country: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or seasonal load.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is completely FREE on all ordersβ€”no hidden charges.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most serviceable areas.
  • Please ensure the address and phone number provided are accurate.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number (if available) will be shared via WhatsApp.
  • You may track your parcel through the courier’s tracking system.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

If the parcel is returned because of these issues, re-delivery may require reconfirmation.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
  • If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will coordinate with them and provide a resolution or replacement.

8. International Shipping

  • We do NOT offer international shipping.
  • Orders are shipped within Pakistan only.
